Content: "To maintain our standard of academic excellence, Aditya Public School seeks candidates who meet the following educational and professional criteria:
Academic Qualifications by Role:
Pre-Primary / Mother Teachers (Play Group & Kindergarten): Graduation combined with NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), Montessori training, or an equivalent Early Childhood Education certification.
PRT (Primary Teachers - Class 1 to 5): Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teachers - Class 6 to 10): Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant teaching subject along with a B.Ed.
PGT (Post Graduate Teachers - Class 11 & 12): Master’s Degree in the specialized subject applied for, along with a B.Ed.
Co-Scholastic (Sports, Arts, IT): Relevant professional degree or diploma (e.g., B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed for Physical Education, BCA / MCA / B.Tech for Computer Science, or recognized degrees in Fine Arts and Music).
General Prerequisites:
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution is preferred, though highly motivated freshers with an outstanding academic record are welcome to apply.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using modern digital teaching tools, smartboards, and educational software to enhance classroom learning.
CTET/TET: Candidates who have cleared the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or state TET will be given preference."
